Fulfilment Update

Touchdown!

All Mausritter boxes and books have arrived to the Omnivorous warehouse. This is a ridiculous quantity. Take a look. And the same approximate quantities are en route to Exalted Funeral's disto centre. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS POSSIBLE!

EU / Worldwide Fulfilment

This will be done by us here, at Omnivorous. We are ready to start fulfilment. We have everything in place. We will start packaging tomorrow and orders will probably start moving next week. EU orders are expected to take about 1 week to reach their destination, while Worldwide can take up to 6 weeks. Please bear with us here. 

USA / Canada / UK Fulfilment 

This will be done by Exalted Funeral. A large shipment of two tons of Mausritter (yes, 2.000 kgs!!) went out yesterday, should be arriving this week. Then, EF will prepare and start fulfilment, as soon as possible. Probably in a couple of weeks or so.  

Australia Fulfilment

This will be done by Isaac Williams himself. Not sure why, but he accepted to act as the distribution manager for Australia. Please be gentle with him, don't make this his first and last experience. A large pallet is en route to Australia as we speak, should arrive soon. 

Locking Addresses

By now, you should have received a notification to confirm your shipping address. Addresses will be locked soon. Please update it if needed. If you didn't move houses, you don't have to do anything. In case you need assistance, you may reach us at [email protected]

A little delay

Fulfillment 

Hey! Andre here. So, we've hit a little delay here. Last week we were supposed to go the factory to oversee handling and assembling, but my daughter tested positive for COVID, so I had to stay put for the week. I was finally making preparations to go out tomorrow... when today, I tested positive myself. So, there's really nothing I can do, but isolate for another week.

We have made arrangements for the factory to carry on with assembling without us being present, but ultimately we need to verify the final results and make sure the counts are all correct, which will occur in a week's time. We want to make sure all the boxes are perfect before they go out to everyone! 

We apologise for this - we know everyone is excited to get their hands on the boxes! To make up for this lost time, we are planning on assuming extra costs and just send the large container to the US by plane, which means it will arrive there in 2 days, rather than 2 months. So, all in all, we should still be good for April fulfillment. Fingers crossed. 

What's the timeline then?

• This week: handling & assembling.
• First week of April: final verification + shipping out by air. 
• Second week of April: arrival at the various warehouses.
• Third or fourth week of April: possible fulfilment start date.

Production is done

It's done!

Production is officially over and we're beyond pleased with how all of this came out. Take a look at it! Feels a bit overwhelming to actually see this in person, and look back at the countless hours of work and the amazing folks we've had the honour of working with.  Now it's time to officially move on to fulfillment. Both boxsets will be assembled and packed next week, then they will be shipped to the US. When they arrive in the US, we will start fulfillment immediately (both there and here in Europe). We think fulfillment will happen in April, but we will keep you posted on how things are moving along. THANKS!!

Production is almost done!

We're almost there!

Great news everyone.  Production is wrapping up. The rulebooks are printed and assembled, as are the envelopes, the inventory cards and a number of other components. The Estate modules and campaign booklet should be finished either today or tomorrow, then shipped to us here for a last quality check. We have evidence: look at them!

What's next?

We will go the 'boxes-manufacturer' factory next week to make sure assembling and handling is done correctly. As these are basically two separate projects with tons of components (maus boxset + maus adventure collection), we need to be certain that the right components go in the right boxes. When this is done, we will move on to the 'Fulfilment Stage', which should start in 4-6 weeks from now, depending on the transit time between Portugal and the USA. Please bear with us as we navigate the not-so-fun part of the campaign. We will do our utmost best to get all of these delivered as soon and safely as possible. Once again, thanks for the amazing support you've shown since day one.

Progress Update

Hello!

Quick update to share some GREAT NEWS. Mausritter production is very much on track and everything will be printed & assembled by the first week of March. The books have already been printed and are just awaiting the hardcovers. The boxes are well underway and should be done during the next week. The pen markers have been ordered and are already here. All in all, things are getting done and moving forward as planned. 

This means that, barring any unpredictable event, we will be in the position to ship a big container to Exalted Funeral in early March. It should take about one month to reach EF headquarters. So, we are aiming for fulfillment in April.
